Back To School Bundle for the First Month of School

We put our best first month of activities collection together to save teachers money. Our classroom community unit is combined with even more fantastic and engaging activities during back to school (but they work any time of year and can even be used in your sub plans). We even added our classroom surveys and parent questionnaires. Get your year started in minutes!

First Month Activities

• instructions for all activities and lessons with ideas for differentiation.
• activities that generally take less than five minutes to prepare and range from ten minutes to an hour for students to complete.

Classroom Surveys and Parent Questionnaires

• surveys about students interests including organization skills, anxiety or and stress levels, friendships, how they like to learn, how they like to express their learning and so much more. These surveys go far beyond asking basic interview questions.
• three different formats for parent surveys (but we have used the term guardian to be more inclusive); long answers, checklists and multiple choice. These can be done on paper or digitally and ask questions like "Tell me about your child."
• three different formats for student surveys; long answers, checklists and multiple choice. These can be done on paper or digitally.
• six different formats to create classroom profiles with examples and instructions. These can be done on paper or digitally.
• ideas for how to use the surveys in your classroom.
